American walnut console table. I've combined a rich walnut burr veneer, quarter-matched three times, with a subtle ebony inlay. The drawers, featuring a continuous grain across the entire face, are joined with hand-cut dovetails and run on traditional wooden runners. The fluting on the sides of the cabinet was meticulously done using a router and a custom jig I built myself. The curve of the legs is a detail I'm hoping to evolve into a signature element of my work.
