The stand draws on the design of the Japanese Torii gates, while the cabinet draws inspiration from early 20th century Scandinavian designers such as Josef Frank. The drawers are dovetailed cedar fronted with ebony and brass handles. The interior of the cabinet has a panel that can be removed by the use of magnets that reveal a secret compartment housing 12 small removable drawers. The doors are constructed with knife hinges and locked by hidden magnets. Dimensions 1300mm long, 500mm wide and 1300mm high.
