The Aviary is a fusion of sculpture and utility. Available in a live edge Elm or glass top, a delicate timber lattice offers space for display, play and imagination. The table is made from Elm salvaged from a dairy farm in Gippsland and supplied by Ceres Fair Wood. I envision children playing under this table, using its platforms to build miniature worlds and discover hidden treasures. Four removable Elm trivets sit nestled in the lattice and can be used as coasters on the table or display shelves within the frame.
