Robert Godoy, Textura Bench (TABLES, CHAIRS, DESKS 2021 )

The brief was to create an entryway bench that included a tray for holding everyday items. This piece is an exploration of textural differences between the hand carved tray and Danish cord seat against the sharp smooth faces of the bench frame. The bench is composed of Sapele and black Danish cord. Dimensions: 900mm (l) x 325 (w) x 425 (h)
