A luxury steam bent sun lounge, hand crafted with Tasmanian Oak Timber, holds the perfect shape to melt the body into. This lavish design of thin layered veneers was a major challenge I had to overcome, learning how to steam bend and create jigs/templates. From this I produced a robust and delicately refined piece of furniture finished with Osmo PolyX Oil and slats that have been meticulously routed and sanded.
