Spalted Tamerind box. Box sides are made from one piece of wood, mitred corners help the grain flow effortlessly all the way around it. Splines of Katalox have been added to the miters for support. The handle was carefully carved out of more Spalted Tamerind to give the lid the effect of the handle coming out of the wood. It has a natural stain on it and finished with multiple coats of polyurethane.
