The OP3 merges traditional craftsmanship with contemporary, sustainable materials. Solid Oak legs are hand-shaped and sculpted into a series of organic curved profiles. The top of each leg is gently rounded-over to reveal end grain, creating a tactile detail that enhances the visual contrast between the legs and the seat. The seat is made from recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a material chosen for its durability, low environmental impact, and bold visual contrast to the Oak. Design flexibility provides the option for legs to either extend up through the HDPE seat or finish flush with its base. The HDPE seat is available in a range of different colours and textures. The OP3’s distinctive hexagonal form - created by the intersection of two equilateral triangles - allows multiple stools to be arranged in a variety of geometric configurations and stacked when not in use.
