This drinks cabinet explores the relationship between North Norfolks tidal swell and its salt marshes. The curved, wave like doors incorporate a marshland grass texture, in stark contrast to the luxurious sycamore interior and polished bespoke brass handles. Materials, Legs - Ebonized sycamore Carcass - Dyed rippled sycamore veneer Drawer sides - 7000 year old solid Bog Oak from the Norfolk Fenlands Doors - Laminated flexi ply and carbon fibre core, with the sycamore veneer on the inside. The outside finish is a weaved pattern of Norfolk marshland grass encased in epoxy resin, finished with a combination of bronze metal resin and black paint. Hardware - Bespoke cast brass handles, Brusso brass lift off hinges.
