Writing Desk 1650mm wide x 720mm high x 720mm deep crafted from Solid Blackspot Jarrah, Tasmanian Myrtle and New Guinea Rosewood burl veneer with African Padauk, ebony and Jarrah inlays. The design was inspired by the sillouette forms of desert trees in Outback Australia contrasted against the setting sun. The writing desk contains two "hidden" draws whose fronts are designed to blend in with the design of the desk front so as not to distract from the simplicity of the form of the curved arched legs.
