Coffee table made of solid walnut and maple, finished with Bumblechutes Bee'Nooba hard wax oil finish. The legs are double tapered, in both width and thickness, with a striking design between them on either side of the table. The idea behind many material and design choices was to juxtapose light (both color- and weight-wise) with dark and heavy, and to challenge the assumptions that go along with those notions.
