Last weekend, on Sat Sept 5, Morris Lake, featured on the cover of the current issue of Wood Review and profiled within, gave an animated talk at a launch for his new book Australian Rainforest Woods.

For those of you who weren't able to be in Brisbane on that day we recorded Morris's talk on the video below.

Note! amidst all the excitement Morris at one point refers to a sample of wood as being 250 million years...he meant to say 250,000 years, but that's still incredibly old...
