Geoff's Hannah's newest masterpiece can now be viewed at Australia's premier gallery for wood art, The Chinoiserie Cabinet is Geoff Hannah’s homage to the chinoiserie style and features 12 timber species, 9 stone varieties, 23 carat gold leaf gilding and a myriad of oriental hidden chambers, panels and pockets of mystery.
Currently BWWG also features The Hannah Cabinet, another masterpiece which was made over a six year period using 34 different Australian and exotic timbers as well as shell and precious stone. Extensive marquetry inlays feature on its 130 drawers, 18 doors and numerous secret compartments.
The gallery is situated on Kings Highway, Bungendore and is a 30 minute drive from Canberra.
