It's our pleasure to announce a new award for AWR Studio Furniture 2018!

Studio Woodworkers Association will now sponsor a $1000 cash award for emerging makers, defined as those who have been full-time practising professionals designer makers for up to five years. In so doing Studio Woodworkers Australia is reinforcing its support for all, and in particular emerging makers, who are starting out in their careers.

Founded in 2011, Studio Woodworkers Australia (SWA) is a national organisation dedicated to promoting and supporting professional designer makers working in wood.

The exhibition is presented by Felder Group Australia and sponsored by Branch 95. The recipient of the Felder Award for Fine Woodworking will receive HammerN4400 bandsaw valued at $3166.
