This foosball table was made for my major project for the HSC Industrial Technology course. My intention was to bring some creativity and originality into the design, in an attempt to produce a product which was not only a fully functioning foosball table, but also an aesthetically pleasing piece of furniture. I intended to use a variety of contrasting timbers and to incorporate techniques such as parquetry, woodturning, and veneering to create design features and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the table. The project allowed me to use a wide range of tools and equipment and incorporate a variety of skills and techniques.

I received my HSC results today and achieved a band 6 in Industrial Technology. I am very proud of the project and enjoyed the experience I had in making it throughout the year.
