My project is an entryway table that includes aspects of the Greene and Greene style of furniture such as cloud lifts, as well as other features like a floating tabletop, a drawer, and tapered legs. It was built as a Year 12 Major Project. It displays many complex woodworking techniques such as sliding dovetails, intricate template routing, and butterfly keys. It also includes a variety of other joints. To produce these joints I used a range of machines as well as various hand tools. I also used jigs and templates to produce different components of my project.
