Seagull Circling 2, hand-carved sculpture in wood by Olivia O’Connor
Artist Olivia O'Connor presents Perfect Places, an exhibition of handcarved sculptures and reduction woodblock prints inspired by the landscapes, wildlife and everyday moments that make a place feel like home.
Through reductive woodblock prints and carefully carved timber sculptures, O'Connor explores themes of belonging, connection and moments of beauty in daily life. Drawing inspiration from regional Victoria, the exhibition celebrates both iconic and often overlooked moments within the landscape, inviting viewers to pause and appreciate the wonder found in familiar places.

Visitors are invited to attend an informal Meet the Artist event on Friday 30 October from 11am to 12pm. Olivia will discuss her creative process, printmaking techniques and timber carving practice.
The exhibition runs from 30 October to 1 December at Little Oberon Cafe, 15 Falls Rd, Fish Creek, Victoria.
