Less friction, quick fix
Here's an inexpensive quick fix for worn drawer runners, not to mention a way to get your jigs and sleds running smoothly.
Slick Strip UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) adhesive-backed flexible plastic film has a low coefficient of friction and a high abrasion resistance that's apparently better than teflon.
Not much else to say about a product that comes in three metre rolls that cost $17.50 each. Slick Strips are 3/4" wide and 0.8mm thick. Snip bits off and apply where needed.
