Virtual workshop tour at Nathan Day Design

Nathan Day is one of Australia's most prominent furniture designers and makers. From his workshop in Dunsborough, West Australia he produces contemporary solid timber furniture of his own design as well as work for commercial and private clients.

In this online walk-around, Nathan gives us a glimpse of the dedication and planning which has gone into his current space that now includes high end machinery. It wasn't always this way he commented: ‘We moved from 36m2 to 140m2 to 400m2 over an eight year period, so we learned how to keep things organised and functional in a small space. I was lucky to have the opportunity to design and build from scratch though.’
