Bosch Power Tools are claiming to have again pushed the limits of cordless performance with the ProCORE18V battery range. Continuing their leadership in Lithium Ion battery development, Bosch Blue professional is now offering ProCORE18V 4.0Ah and 8.0Ah batteries packs.

The ProCORE18V 4.0Ah single layer design offers users unmatched power with less weight, ideal for overhead work. The ProCORE 8.0Ah double layer retains similar size to current 6.0Ah, but delivers 87% more available power.

With heat being a killer of batteries Bosch has developed a unique solution to heat management, COOLPACK 2.0, and it’s what  Bosch says is putting ProCORE18V batteries well ahead of other brands. The COOLPACK 2.0 housing draws heat away from the battery cells to run cooler for longer, allowing faster charge time and adding to the performance.

For tradies this battery platform can mean more power, more runtime and less tool downtime. ProCORE18V 4.0Ah and 8.0Ah batteries are available at all Bosch retailers.
