Des will be ably assisted by another expert woodworker, Shinobu Kobayashi who readers of Wood Review magazine may remember featured on the cover of and within issue 95. This is a great opportunity to learn from two master craftsmen.
At the same time, another 5-day intensive workshop, this time in Windsor chairmaking will also take place under the guidance of Tasmanian expert fine furniture maker Jon Grant. Specifically, students will learn how to make a Windsor balloon back chair like the one shown above.
