Grant Featherston is an icon of Australian mid-century furniture design. Design for Life Grant and Mary Featherston is an exploration of the career of Grant Featherston and traces his use of new materials and technologies to produce innovative furniture throughout the 60s and 70s. Featherston's practice extended from furniture to glass, sculpture, photography and promotional design. His partner Mary Featherston is renowned for her design for children.
