Events may gradually be coming back into our lives. The Bathurst Heritage Trades Trail is set to take place on the weekend on 10-11 April, 2021*.

The program is a festival of rare trades and crafts which takes place at two locations in Bathurst, NSW and aims to celebrate the traditions which helped shaped the region.

Over 120 crafts on display as well as hands-on workshops that relate to blacksmithing, saddlery, dry stone walling, whip cracking and making, glass artistry, lace making, tapestry, embroidery, carpentry and joinery, cigar box guitar making and violin making are among many unique talents to be demonstrated by local and guest artisans.

Situated in Wiradjuri country, Bathurst has a rich heritage and is home to over 20 museums and historic houses. Bathurst Showground and Agricultural Research Station are the venues for the Trades Trail event.

*Naturally, due to the pandemic, we recommend visitors confirm with organisers prior to attending.
