Titled ‘A Man in His Shed’, the video shown at this link gives unique insight into specialist Australian toolmaker Colen Clenton’s process.
‘Colen is more interested in making tools to the standards he sets and within the timeframe of his choosing, than building an empire’, we wrote in issue 36 of Wood Review, some 12 years ago, and the same holds true today.
The video was shot several years ago and the Colen Clenton range of squares, marking gauges and other markers has been extended but the ethos remains the same.
