Nathan Hudson, Geomemories (WORLD 2021)

A wedding memory chest for Hollie and Jessica Harrison-Prince, 07.08.21, made from waste garnica duraply from the @testinggroundncl project at Newcastle University, reclaimed black walnut from old furniture and scrap mild steel found in a skip, plasma cut and then blackened. The product is made almost entirely from recycled and reclaimed material for sustainability and to reduce the economic and environmental impacts of other projects. The material library, collection and design range is an on-going initiative at @nathanhudsondesign with the primary aim of impact off-setting and making bespoke, one off sentimental products that could last generations.
