The Traditional Trade Tools Group is a Sydney based group that fosters knowledge of traditional tools and skills. Throughout the year they present a number of workshops on hand tool sharpening and usage.

On August 23, 2015 the group ran a ‘Hands-On’ Heritage Trade Skills day in the grounds of Brush Farm House in Eastwood, NSW and also presented rare and old trade tools in a separate display.

On the day, as shown in the video, Bob Crosbie, TTTG President demonstrated how to quickly sharpen a plane blade and how to use a number of jointing planes. We apologise for the 'live' background noise.
