Vienna regulator clock

‘The koto ash was salvaged from an old office furniture sideboard that was earmarked for the rubbish heap. I have always been fascinated by clocks and have made four. Perusing an old catalogue I was struck by the elegant lines of the Vienna regulator clock. My clock is reproduction of Austria’s official railway timepiece circa 1800 and traditionally feature glass side windows that reveal the mechanism in motion.’
