Orders are generally mailed within three working days, but please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

BOOKS: Please note that some titles on backorder from overseas suppliers will be up to six weeks delivery. Postage is charged per book. Postage on books delivered to residents living outside Australia will be calculated. We will email you to confirm the price before sending your books.

SUBSCRIPTIONS: When placing your order for a subscription, please ensure you select the appropriate "starting issue". If you select the current issue, it will be mailed to you very shortly. If you select the next issue, please note that Australian Wood Review is published quarterly, so the first issue of your subscription may not be posted to you for up to 12 weeks.

BACK ISSUES: Orders are usually dispatched within one week, however please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Back issues are sold on a "while stocks last" basis. Postage is included in the price of back issues.

SUBSCRIBER PRIZEDRAW: This competition is open to all Australian residents except employees of the promoter, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion. Customers with a current subscription to Australian Wood Review will automatically be entered into the competition. Winners will be drawn and their names will be published on the AWR website and in an upcoming issue of AWR. The winners will be notified by post or phone. Prizes are non transferable or exchangeable.
